The 19th Stockholm International Film Festival

From the 20th til the 30th of November it’s time for the 19th edition of the Stockholm international film festival to take place. The Stockholm film festival is devoted to promoting up-and-coming debutantes, but also presents a world-class selection of established directors. The festival boasts over 170 films from 40 countries.

This year’s festival is dedicated to the late Sydney Pollack, a multi talented film icon. On the 23rd of November the Film Festival will pay tribute with a special screening of Pollack’s 1969 film “They Shoot Horses Don’t They?”
