Karl Johans Street

Karl Johans Street is Oslo’s main mall and it stretches from Oslo Central Station to the Royal Palace. The street has a lovely café, restaurant and entertainment culture. The street is always bustling with people who come to enjoy Oslo. The street is also close to the Oslo Cathedral and the National Museum.


Radisson SAS Royal Hotel

A 20-story high-class hotel of modern architecture, known as a landmark of the urban area. This hotel is the work of Denmark's master designer, Arne Jacobsen, and is recommended to those who are interested in northern European design. In particular, room 606, is the only room in which his design has been preserved without modification, and is open to spectators when it is not is use. The National Museum of Art, Architecture & Design

The new museum is a merging of the previously autonomous institutions The National Gallery, The National Museum of Contemporary Art, The Museum of Decorative Arts and Design, The Norwegian Museum of Architecture, and The National Touring Exhibitions, Norway. Clarion Hotel Stockholm

Gamle Bergen

Gamle Bergen is an open air museum with more than 40 wooden houses, representative of the Bergen architecture in the 18th and 19th centuries. The houses give a picture of life in a small town with its dwellings, different shops, baker, barber, dentist, photographer etc. The museum area is open all year.

Birger Jarl Hotel

Stavanger Cathedral

Museum of the Northern Tribe

Nordiska Museet is located in a Renaissance style building, located beyond the Djurgården Bridge. It exhibits handicraft work collected from various parts of the country and introduces traditional Swedish culture. The collections shed light on tribal history and the permanent exhibition, situated in the basement is very interesting.

Gustavsbergs Proceline Museum

Gustavsbergs Porceline Museum has over 50 000 visitors each year. It is located in the harbor of Gustavsberg which is located outside Stockholm. From here you can learn about the history of Gustavsberg's famous china factory and how to make and paint porcelain. You can also purchase porcelain products.

Dansk Arkitec Center

Gammel Dok, a canalside warehouse built in 1882, was transformed into this center in 1998 and hosts many exhibitions on urban architecture. Its atmospheric interior includes a bookshop with many architecture and design-related documents, and a café adorned with white-based modern Danish furniture.
